3、 Issue



GOST-R mark shall be marked on the product, and the shipping shall be marked under the mark. The other is applicable to multiple shipments of two years or three years. One of these can be selected by the licensed customer.

For the health requirements section, the issuing unit must send samples to the laboratory in Russia by case decision.



5、 Audit time



After all documents and samples are provided:



1. hygiene verification: about 4 weeks



2.gost-r: about 4 weeks

Certified product range



The current commodity certification system in Russia is based on the current labor protection law and the law on the protection of consumer interests, in order to ensure that the goods do not harm human health and environmental protection. According to the harm that the commodity may cause to consumers, the Russian National Standards Committee determines which goods must pass compulsory certification and which can be certified voluntarily.



There are many kinds of compulsory certification products, including food, tobacco, cosmetics, perfume, personal hygiene products, medical devices, medicines, clothing and shoes, household products and household appliances, furniture, toys, audio-visual products, telecommunications products, tools, transportation tools, gasoline and grease, chemicals, machinery products and so on. Comparing these products with the structure of Chinese export to Russia, it can be found that most of the products exported by China to Russia are compulsory certification. Therefore, it is necessary for Chinese exporters to understand the Russian certification system. According to Russian law, if the goods are under compulsory certification, whether they are produced in Russia or imported, they shall pass the certification and obtain the Russian national standard certificate according to the current safety regulations. Products without gost certificate cannot be listed and sold. For many imported products, even customs can not pass.
