RoHS 2.0 (2011 / 65 / EU) came into effect on July 21, 2011 and was formally implemented on January 3, 2013 (abolished on the same day in 2002 / 95 / EC). RoHS 2.0 expands the product range to 11 categories based on the original ROHS directive, and requires Member States to ensure that EEE and parts including its repair parts or reuse or cables or upgrade its function / capacity meet the requirements of the new directive. RoHS 2.0 gives a clear definition of homogeneous materials, and specifies the responsibilities and obligations of manufacturers, authorized representatives, importers, sellers, etc. in the production process, the manufacturer must draft the necessary technical documents according to the Model a specified in Annex II of decision 768 / 2008 / EC implements internal production control procedures, and at the same time, it also needs to provide a declaration of conformity, and CE mark can be pasted on the end product after the product is qualified.
